With a career spanning more than 25 years, jane is highly qualified, her experience is broad, and she has worked at virtually every level.

Jane is passionate about assisting people to discover, develop and utilise their personal strengths and attributes in unique and dynamic ways. She uses a broad range of tools in promoting professional development. These tools include modelling, a reflection on narrative, the use of cards, drawing and technology.

Supervision can be structured to suit your needs. Individual, group, team conflict resolution and team building are just a handful of the possible useful sessions. Understanding, supporting and enable her supervisees to succeed to their own maximum capacity is her primary goal.

ANZASW defines supervision as…

“…a process in which the supervisor enables, guides and facilitates the social worker(s) in meeting certain organisational, professional and personal objectives.”

Supervision is a requirement for those who work directly with clients, but is also useful for people in managerial positions.
